Customs for international orders

Customs and duties are included in the price at checkout for the following countries.

• EU

• United States of America

• United Kingdom

• Canada

Please contact customer service if you receive a claim from your customs department or our delivery partners when shipping to these countries.

For other international orders.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your PS of Sweden order and/or shipping total. PS of Sweden is not responsible for fees associated with imports.

Orders that have been shipped that are unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or returned to us. PS of Sweden does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid duty and/or custom fees. Check our terms and conditions for additional charges that may incur due to uncollected shipments.
