How do I make a return?
When buying from PS of Sweden's website you always have the right to change your mind within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please note: A return is valid as long as the product is not used, still has all original tags attached, returned in its original packaging along with any protective wrapping/packaging that came with the product, and a correctly filled-in return slip. Unless other information is given, returns are also applicable on discounted items.
Here is how you make a correct return
- Fill in the return note (return cause) you received in the package and put it back in the package with the item/s you wish to return.
- Use the same bag or box in which you received your order
- Paste on the return shipping label that came with your order onto the package over the old one.
- For international orders (outside EU) you need to fill in a return customs invoice. Attach two on the parcel and one to give to the UPS access point when you submit it.
- Save your submission receipt.
If you want to make an exchange, wait for your refund and then place a new order on the desired product or place a new order immediately.

Why does it cost money to return?

If I want to make a return, should I pay the invoice or not?
You can do what fits you best.
- If you pay the invoice, you will receive a refund after we have received your return and handled it.
- Otherwise, you can pause your invoice in "My Klarna". When we have received and handled your return, your invoice will be updated there.
Keep in mind that it may take a few extra days after we receive your return before you receive a refund. This is due to the handling processes with the return.
I have bought a product from a retailer and want to exchange, raise a complaint or return. Can I do this through you?
If you have bought a PS of Sweden product from a retailer, you need to contact the retailer/store for questions about exchanges and complaints.
What happens if I don't collect my package?
If you miss picking up your package or refuse to accept it, the package will be sent back to us again. Uncollected packages will be charged SEK350/£35/€35/$35 or the corresponding amount in the currency you paid with. The amount will be deducted from the refund you will receive.
