We always do our best to answer your questions as soon as possible. Our goal is for you to receive a response within a maximum of 1 working day. We are growing very rapidly right now, which can result in longer reply times, but we always do our best to answer everyone as fast as we can!

Make sure that you send your inquiry in on our contact form, you can not reply to your order confirmation email.

As you probably understand, we receive a lot of requests to sponsor talented riders widely. Even though we would like to, we can unfortunately not participate in sponsoring everywhere and for everyone. In order to fit our criteria, you need to compete on a national or international level.
