What are the shipping costs?

Depending on where you live, you will have different shipping options and costs to choose between in the checkout. You get free delivery outside of Sweden when you shop for over a certain amount.
To the UK - free shipping to UPS Access Point over £199
Within the EU - free shipping to UPS Access Point over €99
Switzerland, Norway - free shipping to UPS Access Point over €99
Outside the EU - free shipping to UPS Access Point over $/€199
Important: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your PS of Sweden order and/or shipping total. PS of Sweden is not responsible for fees associated with imports. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or sent back to us. How long is the delivery time?

About 5-7 business days in Europe. About 7-10 business days outside Europe. We reserve the right that it may take longer for new releases, campaigns, between November - February or other factors/events that may cause higher pressure on the warehouse. We also reserve the right for any final sale of certain products. A sent order can not be canceled, this also applies to delayed deliveries after the order has been shipped.

What happens if I don't collect my package?

If you miss picking up your package or refuse to accept it, the package will be sent back to us again. Uncollected packages will be charged SEK/£/€35 or the corresponding amount in the currency you paid with. The amount will be deducted from the refund you will receive.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances, and similar events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, which affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, and which cause us can not keep the said agreement/commitment, such event shall form the basis for PS of Sweden to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
