These general rules apply when you as a consumer (further stated as "you") make purchases on and use the website psofsweden.com and other connected sites (further stated as "the website"). These terms make an agreement between you and PS of Sweden AB, VAT no SE556859458301 (further stated as "PS of Sweden" or "we"). By making a purchase and using this website you accept these terms and conditions. PS of Sweden cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We follow the Swedish law Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59).
When buying on psofsweden.com, a 30-day right of withdrawal always applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying PS of Sweden within 30 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period).
To exercise your right of withdrawal on your purchase, the product needs to be returned to us within 30 days of receiving it. In order for the return to be approved, you need to fill all the parts in the return form that was sent with the original packaging.
When applying the right of withdrawal from your purchase, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. Use the included return shipping note that is in the original package and hand in the package to your nearest agent.
If you have lost your return label, please contact our customer service and we will help you get a new one.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Any shipping costs remaining are not refunded.
Returned products are returned in unchanged and unused condition. This means that labels, any Velcro fasteners, labels and protection points are found on the product in the same condition as on delivery. The return must be returned well packed and in the same way as these were delivered to be approved.
In the event of damaged returns, such as the above-mentioned lost labels, damaged Velcro straps, dirt, hair or removed protective plastic, PS of Sweden has the right to charge a depreciation compensation in accordance with how damaged the product has become. Up to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in salable condition. Money is refunded for the item minus the value deduction according to law.
Refunds will be made when we have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. The shipping cost remains and is thus never refunded.
HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
For PS of Sweden, we value our customers. All information that is collected is done so in a responsible manner and with regard to your integrity and the laws on GDPR. It is important for us to be clear about how we handle your personal information, and you are always welcome to contact us if you have questions regarding this.
There are occasions when we have to handle your personal information and other sensitive information in order to provide our services, such as: when you shop at PS of Sweden, we need to see that the purchase is real and that it really is you shopping. Depending on your chosen method of payment we may have to handle your credit card information or perform a credit evaluation. If you want your information to be erased after your order is completed, please just email us.
All prices are in the currency available for your chosen country and taxes are included.
We reserve the right to conduct any price adjustments, availability, and obvious typing errors at any time.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns unless otherwise announced.
We offer different local payment options depending on your location. All of our payments are handled by Adyen (https://www.adyen.com/) that has the highest PCI standard applied.
We offer among other things; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal and Swish.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
IMPORTANT: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your PS of Sweden order and/or shipping total. PS of Sweden is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or sent back to us. PS of Sweden does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact customer service.
We offer different local shipping options depending on your location. We offer among other things; DHL and UPS.
Please note the importance of entering the correct email address and phone number. Failure to do so means that you will not receive necessary information about your order. Packages that are not picked up will be returned to us. Your order will then be refunded except for €/£/$ 35 per unclaimed package.
To the extent it is possible we try to use environmentally friendly and recycled materials for our packages.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. Once your order is sent you will receive another notification with a tracking number. When your package is ready to collect at the nearest pick-up point, you will receive another email or text message. Please make sure you provide accurate contact information to be able to receive these updates for your order.
Once your order is complete your package will be sent as soon as possible. Usually, we pack and send orders placed before 12 pm CET the same day and the packages normally reach the customer within a few days depending on where you live.
During campaigns and/or product releases the delivery times may be longer.
Products may run out of stock and PS of Sweden cannot be held accountable for these occurrences. This will be noticed as soon as possible, and you will then be contacted with information on how we can or will proceed.

What are the shipping costs?
Answer: Depending on where you live, you will have different shipping options and costs to choose between in the checkout. You get free delivery when you shop for over a certain amount.
To the UK - free shipping to UPS Access Point over £199
Within the EU - free shipping to UPS Access Point over €199
Switzerland, Norway - free shipping to UPS Access Point over €199
Outside the EU - free shipping over $/€199
Sweden - Free shipping to DHL Access point over 999 SEK

How much does it cost to return?
Answer: The Return cost is €15/ £15/ $21/ 49 SEK
This amount will be deducted from your refund after we have received your return.
The time for your money to be refunded may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the money may take 7-10 business days to be seen in your account from the day the return is processed.
If you miss picking up your package or refuse to accept it, the package will be sent back to us again. Uncollected packages will be charged €35 or the corresponding amount in the currency you paid with. The amount will be deducted from the refund you will receive.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Answer: About 5-7 working days if you order in Europe. Outside of Europe, it takes about 7-10 working days.
We reserve the right that it may take longer for the shipping of your order at new releases, promotions, between November-December or other factors/events that may cause higher pressure on the warehouse.

For packages that are unclaimed and sent back a fee of €/$/£ 35 will be added to cover additional shipping, packing and handling costs.
PURCHASE FROM A STORE
If you have purchased a PS of Sweden product from a store you'll need to contact the store where you made your purchase for changes and/or complaints.
We are unfortunately unable to help you with a complaint or return for PS of Sweden products that have been purchased second hand from another customer.
PS of Sweden cannot be held responsible for any accidents or similar that may happen where our products have been used.
Please keep in mind that leather is a natural material. This means its structure may vary slightly in looks and feel from one product to another. Also, keep in mind that leather is a material that can leave color marks on saddle pads, breeches, etc.
Beads, crystals and other embellishments on browbands, saddle pads, and other products are only for decoration. These embellishments are fragile and if they break or fall off, they are not a valid cause for complaints, returns, or reclaims.
We are happy to help advising you on how to choose the correct size on our products. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit until the products are tried on.
PS of Sweden remain the right to cancel an order if extraordinary reasons appear. PS of Sweden have right not to be considered at fault for products selling out, delays, technical problems, changes in release dates, and inaccurate product information.
Please note that the colors in the pictures of our website may vary depending on the settings on your screen. The color can be slightly different in real life.
Text messages and email advertisement may be sent to you if you have placed an order with us, registered your e-mail address for newsletters or registered your e-mail address for a back in stock-notification on an item. You can always choose to unsubscribe from our emails and text messages.
In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market battles, decisions by the authorities, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and commitments on our part, and which causes us to if not able to keep the said agreement/commitment, such event shall form the basis for PS of Sweden being released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
